Welcome to your Cali Home Office / Studio. This is a very high specification, fully insulated, modern, SIP construction building, it is warm in winter and cooler in summer. Designed for you, it is manufactured and fully finished by one of the UK’s leading and longest established timber manufacturing companies. The price incudes delivery and full professional assembly on your own prepared base.  For a little extra we will also supply a superb Groundscrew base (Option described below).

The price also includes an attractive feature lining. The building is painted both inside and out; the outside in a colour of your choice and the inside is painted white.

The structural insulated panel (SIP) construction ensures your comfort, safety and peace of mind.  The walls have equivalent insulation to a conventional double skin brick wall with cavity insulation; the roof where most of the heat will go has almost double that of the wall insulation, the equivalent of a modern high insulation home. The external finish has an attractive, deep grained cedar pattern and is a very highly compressed, resin bonded, engineered wood designed to be resistant to high impact and almost impervious to the weather. Once ordered the factory team will contact you to finalise door and window positions, the frame colour (Grey or White) and the colour you want to finish the external walls.

The roof coating is a butyl rubber construction designed to last for up to 50 years. 

All doors and windows are residential quality double glazed PVCu frames in white or anthracite grey, all with security multi point locking. All windows are opening with two position locking for security and ventilation. Doors and windows are interchangeable and as standard there are windows in the two gables. (One in the 8’ model) these can be deleted if not required and this will be dealt with by the factory team in the follow up call. 

Internally, the fully insulated floor is faced with vinyl flooring as shown. The internal walls are lined with vertically grooved water resistant MDF boards factory finished in white. A skirting board is included.

Ideal as an office, a hobby room, a gym, a studio, a treatment room or even temporary accommodation, subject always to your local regulations. 

This building will not suffer the expansion and contraction issues experienced with timber clad buildings in very wet or very dry conditions, neither will it suffer the movement through heat and cold experienced by many of the denser plastic composite claddings on offer.

Note: The building does not include electrical supply or wiring, this must be done, if required, by a local, qualified tradesman. At modest extra cost there is an option to batten out the internal walls to make room for hidden wiring; this will be discussed with you on receipt of order.
