Welcome to your Fortis workspace. This is a very high specification, fully insulated building, it is warm in winter and cooler in summer. Designed for you to finish and personalise as you wish, the Fortis is a great home investment. The structural insulated panel (SIP) construction ensures your comfort, safety and peace of mind.  The walls have equivalent insulation to an 8” or 200mm thick solid wood wall, the roof where most of the heat can go is significantly better. The external finish has an attractive, deep grained cedar pattern and is a very highly compressed wood / plastic composite board designed to be resistant to high impact and almost impervious to the weather once you have painted it in a colour of your choice. The roof is a butyl rubber construction designed to last for up to 50 years. 

All doors and windows are residential quality double glazed PVCu frames in anthracite grey, all with security multi point locking. All windows are opening with two position locking. 

Internally the floor is marine plywood which can be left as is, stained or simply covered with vinyl, laminate or a tile of your choice. The internal walls are an Oriented Strand Board finish which can also be left as is for a workshop or finished as you choose for a brighter home office or studio environment. 

Ideal as a workshop, a hobby room, a gym, an office, a studio, a treatment room or even temporary accommodation, subject always to your local regulations. 

This building will not suffer the expansion and contraction issues experienced with timber clad buildings in very wet or very dry conditions, neither will it suffer the movement through heat and cold experienced by many of the denser plastic claddings on offer.

This unit comes with a 15 Year guarantee subject to normal maintenance and correct installation in accordance with the instructions provided.
